What to expect when working with us…

At Hoeft Design Build, we believe that clarity is kindness. That is why we have created the step by step process below to give you a clear expectation of what the process will look like. Our Austin, Texas design and remodel team will walk with you through every step of your kitchen remodel.

Estimate

Our estimate process is clear, transparent, and flexible. A dedicated estimator will work with you directly until the scope fits your budget and desired outcome.
Design

The design process includes producing as-built drawings, design renders, and finish selections. Design services are billed separately from the scope of work and the plans and renders belong to you whether you proceed to construction or not.
Contract

For your peace of mind and a smoothly run project, a clear contract will be produced for your project. This will dictate a payment schedule, full summary of scope, terms and conditions, insurance requirements, etc. You will be able to sign remotely at your own convenience.
Construction

Construction begins once all of the preconstruction tasks have been completed. This ensures a smooth production process. A dedicated project manager will walk with you through the completion of the job until the final inspection.
